Getting started is easy. First, create your customer and pet profile through our Customer Portal. Once we've received your information, we'll work with your veterinarian to verify your pet's vaccination records. If everything is up to date, we'll help you schedule the next step.

Yes! We know it can be hard to leave your pup somewhere and not know what they're up to. That's why we offer live webcams so you can check in and see them while they're with us.You can watch the areas where our dogs play and stay overnight.Watching from a computer? Webcam viewing is free.Watching from your phone or tablet? You can use the Online Doggy app to check in while you're on the go. The app has a small monthly or yearly subscription fee paid directly to the app provider.

We know choosing a place for your dog to stay is a big decision, and we'd love for you to feel comfortable with where they're spending their time. For the safety and comfort of the dogs in our care, we don't currently offer in-person tours.Having visitors come through the play and boarding areas can interrupt the dogs' routines and create extra distractions or excitement. Keeping those areas calm and consistent helps our pups feel safe and lets our team stay focused on the dogs already in our care.But you can still see where your pup spends their day! Our live webcams let you check in on the areas where the dogs play and stay overnight.Watching from a computer? Webcam viewing is free.Watching from your phone or tablet? You can use the Online Doggy app to check in while you're on the go. Download the app, and "Search for Providers" by searching Connecticut for Unleashed.
